Establishment of the “Persian Chapter of Coaching (ICI) and INNLP”
We are proud to announce that, in order to create alignment, synergy, and a coordinated movement at both national and international levels, the “Persian Chapter of Coaching (ICI) and INNLP ” has been officially established with a structured 9-member board.
🎯 Objectives of the Chapter
• Enhancing professional standards in Coaching (ICI) and INNLP
• Supporting personal and professional development of members
• Building a dynamic and synergistic network of coaches and alumni
• Strengthening the scientific and professional position of Persian-speaking coaches and NLP practitioners
• Creating joint educational, research, and social opportunities
• Promoting accurate understanding of Coaching (ICI) and NLP (IN) in society
🏛 Structure and Leadership
The Persian Chapter will serve as the official reference body for Coaching (ICI) and NLP (IN). At the head of this structure stands Professor Reza Omraei, serving as the President of the Chapter.
Committees
The Chapter will begin its activities through five specialized committees:
• Education and Capacity Building
• Ethics and Conflict Resolution
• Research, Development, and Technology
• Media, Communications, and Public Relations
• International Relations and Events
These committees are responsible for advancing educational quality, developing standards, promoting research and innovation, expanding international collaborations, and ensuring professional oversight.
